Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Pro subscription for Self Tape Pro. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Billing
The Pro plan costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Each renewal charge covers the upcoming month of access.
2. Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel:
- You will not be charged again;
- You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
- Your account then reverts to the Free tier.
3. Refunds
Because Pro is a digital service billed monthly, charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. As a courtesy, if you were charged in error or are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within [14] days of a charge by contacting us, and we will review the request in good faith.
4. Free Tier
The Free tier is available at no cost and involves no charges or refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@selftapepro.com from the address associated with your account, and include the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
